New Arena

Today a new arena is opening in Alchemy Arena with one new feature and some slightly different parameters.

The rules aren’t fundamentally changed, but please do pay attention to the details!

• Entry fee will be 2 GAT (to increase the challenge cost/reward in relation to the gas fee)
• Staking rewards will be 750 xp/day
• There is a cap of 6000 strength for HANDs ; max XP power-up is 20% above the average strength. Pocket Rocket allows to surpass the 20% power-up limit, but in any case the hard cap is at 6000 strength.
• Play is not entirely deterministic, there is always a small chance that a weaker hand will win
• Attacking hands receive a 10% boost in hand strength when attacking
• There is a maximum limit of 1 special TOY in each HAND
• The weakest TOY in a hand will be lost when a HAND is defeated
• There is a cooldown before a newly staked HAND can challenge in the arena
• Normally there must be at least 30 HANDs staked in order for any challenge to take place
• Every 12.5 hours (to ensure that it rotates through time zones) this is reduced to 10 HANDs for 1 hour

If there are any critical flaws in gameplay due to these parameters then we reserve the right to change them in the active arena — this will be communicated through the usual channels
